how to add a link to your TikTok bio
TikTok is the odd one out. Its stories have no link sticker and no paperclip, so a link cannot ride on a post at all. The one place a tappable link lives is your profile.
adding the link
- Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
- Tap Website.
- Paste your link.
- Tap Save.
The link shows under your bio, and people can tap it straight from your profile.
if there is no website field
Not every account sees it. TikTok decides who gets the field, and the rules for it have changed more than once, so the honest answer to "why don't I have it" is that TikTok has not offered it to your account yet.
Until it does, put the link in your bio text instead. It will not be tappable there, but people can copy it, and a short address is easy to copy. That is one more reason to use a link that is short and says your name.
pointing people at it
Because the link is only on your profile, your videos have to send people there. "link in bio" works because everyone knows it; "send me a song, link in bio" works better, because it says what they will find.
A sixseven link is short enough to copy by hand —
sixseven.link/yourname — and the page behind it plays your five songs and
lets anyone send you one back.
