Safety

You’re about to put a link somewhere public and let strangers press play on it. Here is exactly what they can and cannot do, with no word in it that we have not built.

Nobody can message you

There is no chat here, no inbox a stranger can write into, no replies and no DMs. The single thing another person can do to your page is put one song in a queue. That is the whole surface, and it is a deliberate limit rather than a feature we have not got to yet.

Nothing appears on your page unless you put it there

A song someone sends sits in your inbox until you click to keep it. If you never open it, nothing happens. If you delete it, nothing happens. Your 5 songs are the 5 you chose, and no action by a stranger changes what anybody sees.

You decide when songs come in

Anyone can send you a song, as often as they like. Sending is slowed down when it gets fast, so a script cannot flood you, and if it ever gets too much you can pause song requests in settings. Nothing arrives while they are paused, and you can turn them back on whenever you want.

They learn nothing about you

Someone who sends you a song is told one thing, and only if you keep it: that it was kept. They do not learn your email, because we do not have one. Not your name, your location, whether you opened it, or when. There is nothing to hand over.

In the other direction they are anonymous to you as well. Nothing tells you who sent a song.

We hold almost nothing about you

No email, no phone number, no password, no real name. Making a page takes a username and nothing else. This is not only a privacy position: a service with nothing about you cannot lose anything about you, and cannot be made to hand it over.

The full detail is in the privacy page.

Your page is yours to end

Delete it whenever you like and the songs go with it. Your username stays reserved to you afterwards rather than returning to the pool, so nobody can take the name you shared and point it somewhere else.

If your private edit link is ever seen by someone it should not have been, you can issue a new one from settings. The old link stops working immediately.

What we do not do, said plainly

There is no automated moderation here. Nothing scans the songs people add, no filter reads them, and no system reviews anything as it happens. We would rather say that than claim a machine we do not run.

What there is instead: a person reads every report. There is no queue, no auto-close, and no algorithm deciding whether your report was worth looking at.

Reporting something

Every public page has a report link at the bottom, and it works without an account, a login, or any explanation of who you are. Tell us what is wrong with it and a person will read it.

If it is urgent, or it involves someone under 18, write directly to hello@sixseven.link and say so in the subject line.

Age

sixseven is not for people under 13. We do not ask your birthday, because we do not ask you for anything at all, so we are taking your word for it. The other side of that bargain is simple: a page we learn belongs to someone younger is removed.

The one real risk, stated honestly

Your private edit link is the only key to your page. Anyone who has it can change or delete what is there, and we cannot tell you apart from someone else holding it, because we never collected anything that would let us. Do not post it, and keep it somewhere you will still have it next month.

Lose it and the page cannot be recovered. That is the cost of not being asked for an email, and we would rather you knew it before it matters than after.
